History of the house

Born in Saint-Étienne, the historic cradle of textiles in France, the brand draws on three generations of expertise to forge pieces of exacting elegance. Charles, a golfer since the age of 7 and a proponent of mental preparation, embodies the alliance of precision, discipline, and intention. He has imagined a world where each cap is not just an accessory, but an affirmation of merit, inner confidence, and conscious excellence.

Identity & Vision

Mind before action

Introduced to golf by his grandfather, Charles understood early on that the sport is not only played on the course, but also first and foremost in the mind. Through training in the cold and repeated shots to the point of exhaustion, he learned precision, patience, and self-control. Each shot became an inner challenge: maintaining calm, concentration, and determination despite the pressure.

Victories, like his first single-digit score or a comeback from a low start to a 1-under draw, taught him the power of letting go. Failures, on the other hand, revealed the essential: it's not physical strength that sets a player apart, but mental clarity and emotional management.

Mental preparation then becomes a no-brainer. It allows you to transform your relationship with yourself, manage pressure, optimize your performance, make the best decisions, and maintain your balance. Like the greatest champions Tiger Woods, LeBron James, and Novak Djokovic, Charles has made the “mental room” his invisible training ground.

What he learned on the green, he transposed into his personal and professional life: acting with intention, staying aligned, thinking long-term while remaining present.

Golf teaches mastery of the body. Mental preparation teaches mastery of the mind. Together, they form a synergy: precision of movement combined with inner clarity .

This is the philosophy that Maison LOWERY Héritages embodies: a grounded, conscious luxury, a symbol of balance, strength and alignment.

“Golf is a game played on a five-inch course, the distance between your two ears.”
Bobby Jones

Embody inner excellence, inspire outer

Charles firmly believes that luxury is not only what we see, but what we feel, what we embody. His vision is to make visible the inner work: rigor, clarity, mental strength. He wants each creation to become a bridge between the invisible (thoughts, emotions, preparation, discipline) and the visible (presence, posture, elegance). His ambition is for the pieces of the house to not be mere accessories, but tools of transformation .

Each creation must inspire, strengthen self-esteem, inspire confidence, activate courage, and boost energy. By wearing one of these objects, each person feels aligned with their aspirations, ready to act with intention and achieve fulfillment. Through their attitude, posture, and personal story, the wearer themselves become a source of inspiration: they embody the values of surpassing oneself, inner clarity, and legitimacy, and can inspire others through what they manifest on a daily basis.

Heritage & Roots

Saint-Étienne & exceptional textiles

LOWERY Héritages has chosen to set up in Saint-Étienne, a city with a rich industrial and artisanal past, where innovation and know-how have always come together.

Nestled in the heart of the Saint-Étienne basin, this city has woven a true textile legend over the centuries. From the 19th century onwards, Saint-Étienne became a center of ribbon-making: after 1772, the introduction of mechanical looms made it possible to produce several ribbons simultaneously, making the city a world-renowned center for its silk ribbons.

Saint-Étienne's trimmings, a symbol of elegance and precision, have helped shape the region's identity. Its artisans have combined creativity, meticulousness, and excellence, producing remarkably fine braids, fabrics, and accessories for the most discerning fashion houses and designers.

LOWERY Héritages is part of this tradition, paying homage to this exceptional textile tradition while reinterpreting it through the prism of contemporary luxury.

Like the master ribbon makers of yesteryear, the House celebrates precise gestures, invisible details and the long term, the founding values of authentic expertise.

Even today, Saint-Étienne continues to innovate: some two-hundred-year-old companies are investing in traceability, sustainable materials and cutting-edge technologies to meet the demands of modern luxury.

LOWERY is part of this same vision: that of luxury anchored in its roots but turned towards the future, where each creation becomes a symbol of heritage, meaning and personal accomplishment.

A three-hundred-year-old family heritage rooted in excellence

For three generations, this passion for textiles has run through the family's veins, in Saint-Étienne, the historic cradle of French textile expertise. The great-grandfather already ran his workshops, designing collections, crafting hats, caps, ties, accessories, and certain pieces of clothing, embodying the value of detail and care. The grandfather, supported by his sister and brother, gave birth to a textile company dedicated to the manufacture of accessories and clothing, a place where the taste for beauty, the demand for materials, and the precision of the gesture have been passed down from hand to hand. The father, for his part, worked at the heart of this family business before joining a fashion house, enriching his vision, its codes, and its high standards.

Today, Charles takes up the torch and continues what his lineage has built by creating the LOWERY Héritages house, a space where luxury meets awareness, rigor and inner power.
